An efficient method for identification of anomalies in brain MR images

This work focuses on analyses of accuracy and detection of anomalies in Brain MR Images. The similar research outcomes exhibit the progress in brain MR image segmentation through diverse methods and techniques. However, the accurate results have not been projected Therefore, this work focuses on enhancement of accuracy for detection of anomalies in Brain MR Images to improve the accuracy of anomalies detection by merging the results of most conventional Watershed Method and EMGM Method. The application of this method is equipped with the bilateral filter to improve the brain MR image edges for better segmentation; the proposed method results are compared with Watershed Method and EMGM Method with the help of BRATS brain image dataset and the results are found superior than conventional Watershed Method and EMGM Method.
