A study on the strategies used to increase user acceptance of a computerised system in an accounting environment

Literature review has indicated that user resistance to the computerised system is one of the major factors that has contributed to system failures. Hence, there is a need to implement some strategies to increase user acceptance of the system. We have identified and explored three of these strategies which are recommended by researchers; they are user involvement, ergonomics and training.
