World Wide Web Displays of Bibliographic Records: An Evaluation

This paper presents the results of a critical evaluation of full bibliographic displays in Web interfaces to online public access catalogues in academic libraries. Ten different Web-based interfaces were chosen for evaluation. A checklist approach was employed to access the displays. The data gathered in this study allow for the ranking of the selected interfaces and the identification. . .
