Rapid group key creation for expanding mesh networks

We describe a very low-overhead Group Key Establishment protocol that scales linearly with the number of devices in the group. The basic key exchange operation requires only a single instance of asymmetric cryptography in normal operation and the protocol can be deployed over large groups of even the lowest-cost IoT devices.
