Rehabilitation Support by Multiaxis Force Display

We developed a force display for artificial reality feeling and studied it for rehabilitation in virtual environments. Our previous force display moves on 2 axes and arm-wrestling and moves dumbbells. Only 2 axes limits movement and restricts rehabilitation and training. We made a force display with 5 axes for more complex training. We also made a smaller, lighterweight, multiaxis force display. We discuss the construction and applications of these 2 displays.
