Arts, News, and Poetry - The Art of Framing.

This paper presents an art project which combines com-putational and human creativity. The paintings cre-ated during the project visualize a process of generat-ing computational poetry from daily news stories. We describe how the computational processes of generating poetry were visualized and then turned into paintings by an artist. The project has been exhibited in Finland and Estonia. The feedback collected during the exhibition in Finland is also included in the paper.
