This paper presents a technique to improve interactivity of user operations right after booting in smart devices using Tizen OS. The proposed technique is based on the dynamic boosting: selection of the important tasks for user events, allocation of more CPU time to the selected tasks, and minimization of less CPU time for other tasks. Experimental results show that the proposed technique gives 62% better performance compared to the conventional one in an application launching time.
