Conversational Dialogue Management in the FASiL project

The FASiL dialogue manager is described in the context of the commercial deployment of conversational interfaces. A practical dia logue model is presented that uses a list-like structure to manage mixed-initiative dialogue using highly modularised, and independently specified dialogue comp onents.
