Comparison of computational costs of Hartley transform and Fourier transform

The article is devoted to the calculation of benefit in fast operation of Hartley transform relatively Fourier transform which is approximately 36%. It is due to the absence of complex numbers in the calculations thereby reducing requirements to the processor system as a whole.
