New and accurate probabilities for the performances of radio networks with multiple listen before talk devices

Radio networks consisting of multiple listen before talk devices are analysed. New formulas for network throughput and success probability of a transmission are derived based on Markov renewal theory. The accuracy of our formula against the existing results is validated by simulation.
