Existing applications of sensor networks are domain specificand use their own descriptions of devices and measurements. So there is an information isolated island caused by the lack of interoperability in one field. Enabling machines to understand the meaning of data and reasoning about them are main challenges in constructing SWoT. Knowledge map can manage multi-domain ontologies. LOD contains cross-domain knowledge and can improve the accuracy of semantic relatedness computation of named entities. Combining the advantages of them, we present a Semantic Interoperability Model based on Multi-Domain Ontologies in SWoT (SIM-MDO).
