Delivering high quality product in agile becomes a challenge due to various reasons like limited sprint time, test team size, number of features being delivered, monotonous testing approach, modular testing and lack of expertise for a particular feature. To address these issues and ensure quality deliverables we use an approach called Bug Bash. Bug bash is a QA event which happens before or during the regression cycle in every release. It focuses more on Integration or System testing rather than Module testing. Along with defects, this approach will uncover valid customer and regression defects which arises from such huge Integration. In this paper we will explain how we plan, form teams, co-ordinate, come up with valid defects and retrospect. Also, we would explain the statistics of defects, numerous benefits, and necessity of this event to achieve a quality product.
