Ontology-based urban transport system modelling for dynamic goal setting & decision making

In this paper a decision support system for dynamic goal setting management in complex social systems is described. Decision making for supporting the achievement of objectives is built on production rules and case-based reasoning. An approach to decision support for the development of urban transport system is based on the ontological model. Examples of implementation of requests presented.
