GiveMe Planning - An Architecture To Support Software Maintenance Activities Planning

Many organizations find problems in planning software maintenance activities. When time estimation is not well defined or inaccurate, the obtained results can directly reflect the software delivery, causing customer dissatisfaction or lowering quality. This paper presents an architecture, called GiveMe Planning, to support the planning software maintenance activities using historical data, and tags to support traceability between source code and requests of software modification.
