FPGA-based color space conversion system design and implementation

Color space conversion is a basic and vital subject in digital multimedia procession. As VGA increasingly used in different field, it is important to convert video data to the data form that can show on VGA. In this paper, we design and implement a color space conversion system based on FPGA. Camera is used for capturing video then the captured YCbCr video data can be converted to RGB data after going through this system and finally displayed in term of VGA.
