Patient must be carried to a hospital and given emergency treatment quickly in emergency situations. Existing emergency information systems in Japan are not enough efficient to share required information among the concerning organizations, such as headquarter, fire stations, ambulances, and hospitals, as well as the place that an accident happens. Thereby, ambulance transportation can have much shorter response time for achieving higher survival rate of patients. Thus, we are developing a system that can share information efficiently among these organizations. In this paper, we analyze current problems of existing emergency systems and illustrate a design of an emergency system on which concerning organization can share required information more efficiently.
