Software testing is a very essential part of development process. Without proper testing software cannot be released to its customers. Software quality is determined through testing which ensures to the development team that developed product will run as per the expectations. Traditionally, software testing has been seen as a phase which is always performed at the end once coding phase is finished and before software is delivered to its customer. However, if we are able to involve testing in each phase of development life cycle then overall it can have a positive impact in the development process of the software. This research paper attempts to address impact of early software testing on cost, reliability and release time by involving testers early in the software development process.
