Web Applications used in various organizations performs different types of operations. The functions of these applications are validated through the testing methods. It becomes necessary for the improvement of the functionality and performing of the web applications. The web database application is tested for the database that is being integrated with the application to validate the quality of the system. The user operations are tested as the details are properly updated in the database. The testing method is compassed through the model of the database and the web application to validate the correctness of the database operation stationed for the web application. This process uses the ER model of database to validate the design of database and the state transition diagram is used for various progressions. The testing is done through generating the prolog queries combining the database with the web application. These are then executed to produce the test report by applying combination of facts and rules generated from both models and the final result describes the information of the testing through the use of the prolog facts and rules.
