In this paper, we propose the task of learning complex logical mappings between ontologies as a challenging task for ILP research. We motivate the need for complex ontology mappings using an example, formally define the task of learning complex mappings and identify a number of challenges for research on this issue in terms of tractability and uncertainty handling.
