The temperaturs regulatory system of human body is one of the most appropriate examples of the dynamic systems. When environmental t hermal changes cause the body temperatr~re to rise ahove a standard (370 C.l or below it, the system reacts wit.h mechanisms to regulate and adapt these disturbances, 5-ystem dynamics approach may be a srritahle framework for the analysis of these dynamic mechanisms. In this paper an introcluctnry system dynamics mndel which attempts to describe the response and behavior of the human hod,). to thermal changes, is presented. The model developed is tested and verified under varying thermal cnnclitions using Lot~~s 123 soft, ware. The benefits and extensions of the apprnach are clisc~~ssed.
