Behaviour of Schottky diode's dynamic resistance

The paper presents the behaviour of Schottky diode's dynamic resistance. The dynamic resistance changes with the change of RF power level and the bias voltage supply. The applications for the behaviour of dynamic resistance are also discussed in this paper.
