Vision Technology plays an important role in terms of image processing. Mostly the gesture of the human being is one of the best conveyances of information. In remote area also people communicate among themselves using hand gesture. This helps illiterate as well as dumb people to convey any information. In this piece of work; authors try to implement the palm gesture using the fingers. It helps to count the number and its usefulness. Primarily, we have attempted to recognize the hand gesture. Further, the vision of the gesture has been converted to speech. Less amount of numbers are used as only one palm is used in this work. For conversion to speech TTS technology has been explored. From the result, it is clearly visible and audible from Zero to Five.
