If I return to a comment made by Professor G D Rochester (Physics Bulletin October 1975 p430) on an 'Opinion' I had written for the August 1975 Physics Bulletin, it is not that I have run out of outrageous things to say nor is it that the dreaded high energy physicists are plotting again. It is just that Professor Rochester raises a most important point which I should like to comment on.
