Agile methodology has been adopted for many software development projects, due to its ability to deal with changing product requirements, while Traditional methods are better suited to dealing with projects that have clearly defined requirements. Because of the differences in the two methodologies and their diverse approaches to solving development problems, it is necessary to understand their individual approaches in order for the benefits to be compared and synthesized.
