Special postdetermination of logical functions: Optimization “BALAR” procedure in sequential syntesis

In this article a problem of special postdetermination of excitation functions of triggers with two logic inputs is presented. BALAR theorem is formulated. A place in sequential synthesis is showed. Reduction of two in one logic inputs is proved.
