Research on mixed signal separation method for pipeline leakage based on RobustICA

A mixed signal separation method based on RobustICA is proposed for the separation of the oil pipeline leakage signals. Due to the correlation between each source signal in pipeline transportation is very small, basically meet the requirements of statistically independent. Therefore, the RobustICA method is applied to the pipeline leakage monitoring and the leakage of the negative pressure wave signal is separated from the mixed signals. The pipeline leakage simulation experiment data and its analyzed results are studied. The simulation results show that the general performance of RobustICA is better than FastICA on the leakage mixed signals.
