Cross platform development is a necessity today as there are multiple mobile platforms with two of them taking. Writing a single code for multiple platforms reduces the software development and the programming language requirements for the programmers. This paper investigates the development flow and the publishing process for a cross platform hybrid application developed on the Telerik mobile application development platform.
