Analysis and measurement on factors influencing the performance of mobile platform
Jimao Wang, Ping Yin, Huiying Zhang · 2012
There are many factors that could affect the performance of mobile platform, including hardware and software ones. In order to measure each factor's influencing ability, we propose the conception of performance-efficiency quotiety (PEQ) and work out 6 primary factors' performance-efficiency quotieties. Based on the PEQs, eigen value analysis is adopted to calculate each factor's weight. In the end, some advice is given on how to improve a mobile platform's performance based on the weight of each factor.
