Research on TCP Optimization Strategy of Application Delivery Network
Shanshan Wan, Ying Hao · 2011
In any network conditions, regardless of how rich application features, to ensure the security of applications and quickness are very important. Undoubtedly, ADN (application delivery network) optimization technology has become a global network of construction at this stage. This paper presents a strategy based on DOMS architecture which achieves the purpose of application acceleration through different built-in hardware module for TCP optimization, TCP acceleration, content compression, TCP shaping technology. The full-proxy architecture abandons the traditional packet-based solutions and deploys the full agent between the clients and servers. It has its own TCP connection behavior, such as buffering, forwarding, and TCP options. The new TCP congestion control strategy is mainly described with the TCP flow velocity control and the modification of windows size. The simulation experiment results show that the full-proxy based TCP optimization strategy has excellent performance on ADN.
