An novel data mining framework for project management

Analyzed characteristic of project management information, the whole thinking about how to design a data model in project information management platform is introduced, and some key points and difficulties are explained in detail, which include associated analysis on the reason of plan delay and the proportion model training of multitask schedule etc. The conclusion is that the data mining of project management should be supported by a certain data system and what how to coordinate the unstructured data information would be the key.
