A new computer network was developed and applied for managing system of modernization production at Datong Coal Mines in China, and the course of that was used in 15 mines with coal output over 36 million tons which is also described in this paper. Different kinds of computers for safety, production management and industry control are connected with this network to transfer the manage information and data instantaneously. The production structures, communication regulations and datum forms of different kinds of industry supervisory systems, Al, KJ4, KJ7, TF200, 23ENTRUION (CNA), etc., made in different countries(plants) were not changed in software and hardware. It was connected only through special intelligence converter with the standard conversion regulations of software from the standard connector of hardware. The techniques related with the network, specially manufactured XD a series of facilities, e.g., intelligence information converter, subjunctive managing computer and software techniques, are mainly introduced in this paper.
