Study on primary equipments' online monitoring in intelligent substation

It is an inevitable trend for the intelligent substation to monitor the primary equipments on-line to meet the construction of the intelligent power grid. In this paper, the classification and collection methods of these primary equipments' operation information are introduced. The allocation principle of on-line monitoring in intelligent substation and some management suggestions are proposed according to the principle and methods of primary equipment on-line monitoring.
