Some problems of modern nanoelectronics

The problems of modern nanoelectronics caused by tendency of elements miniaturization are analyzed. In 2010-2011 the traditional elements used now in microcircuits will become functionally unsuitable. The new elements do not exist now. Some way of problems solution is offered.
