Effect of normalization of membership functions in premise region of generalized adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system

This paper aims at the effects of various parameters on the normalized membership functions. Various types of membership functions have been considered and the effects of these different types of membership functions on normalization have been highlighted. Special attentions have been given to the change in the shape and reactivation of membership functions after normalization.
