Location-aware distributed file allocation for low-delay access to electronic medical records

A new distributed file allocation method using femtocaching is designed to decrease the delay in accessing the Electronic Medical Records (EMR). The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can reduce the delay by 41.11% to 93.3%.
