Knowledge acquisition system based-on multi-agent technology in ERP implementation assistant

Implementing ERP system is an effective way to improve the market competence of enterprises. But the implementation process of these systems is complex and needs much expert knowledge. In order lo reduce the ERP implementation cost, an ERP implementation assistant system architecture based on knowledge engineering is put forward. Knowledge acquisition is a main issue in expert system. In this paper, multi-agent technology is utilized in this system to improve the capability of knowledge acquisition and flexibility of the systeim. In the end, a prototype system is designed following the process for agent societies specification and implementation methodology.
