In this paper non-parametric method to estimate Event Related Potentials corrupted by coloured noise is presented. The method performs an expansion into base functions and a matching between a template and the measured signal is made. The purpose is to make wtimatea without having to do a large number of averages. A brief description of the method is given, and the results when applying it to simulated and real signals are presented. I
