The significance and methods are introduced which the teacher information management system is developed, and the system module functions and realization processes are described in detail in the paper. The system includes teacher basic information management, teaching information management, scientific research information management, system management modules, to realized adding, modifying, deleting, statistics, inquiring and other functions. Visual C++6.0 is as the primary development tool in Windows XP environment, use ADO database programming model, and SQL query language for relational database build, access and update. The system operation is reliable and archived good efficient by applying in actual teacher information management.
