The wavelet based trained filter for image interpolation

The paper presents the enhancement for the ADRC based trained filter by employment of the wavelet transform and SSIM optimization for video interpolation. The experimental results proves usage of the proposed approach for sequences with low bitrates in order to receive better image quality.
