In a large number of network construction, due to the use of wireless devices reflects a great convenience, the proportion of wireless network users is growing. Intelligent mobile terminal supporting SDN can meet the needs of development and the progress trend of wireless network, but is still in the primary stage of the study, will also face many challenges. This paper presents a mechanism for the mobile terminal to report its location information voluntarily, and designs the process of signaling switching between small base stations handover, which is suitable for the Small cell (SCell) network. For dense SCell networks, a continuous communication session can be achieved by using a local path and a backhaul network with a double labeling scheme and a dynamic local forwarding chain. Based on this scheme, the data packets in a continuous session can be transmitted from the source SCell to the target SCell in a certain condition, without switching the whole forwarding path. Thanks to the global control of the SDN controller, the scheme implements re locate the stream only when the switch is switched. There is no need for data transmission between the source SCell and the target SCell. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that this mechanism can significantly reduce the signaling overhead. Set a reasonable threshold according to different needs, can achieve a tradeoff between extra data delivery overhead and signaling overhead. Even in the case of short forwarding chain and large backhaul network delay, this additional data delivery overhead can be ignored.
