Neurocomputing defined is a computational process based on the way the brain works, and the process of primitive neural emulation in software or hardware. Neurocomputing associated with neural network. Characteristics philosophically first neural network consists of learning. generalization, abstraction, applicability and both technically consists of nodes, characteristics, topology, learning rules. Based on a review of the literature observations by the author, many research publications about neurocomputing application made by several researchers. This paper introduces the field of neural networks by presenting a framework for designing ANN (neuron model, network structure and learning algorithm), and then proceed with a review of some of the most famous types of neural networks. Some examples of applications of all networks will be presented in this paper.
