The examples of agent systems are everywhere in our real world. The applications of proxy blind signature are quite popular. It is very common buy on someone's behalf in electronic commerce. However, it is not suitable to our delivery environment currently. How to design an anonymity delivery delegation system; it is our main goal in this article.
