Coupling Impedance Measurement
Alessandro Ruggiero · 1974
A technique to measure the coupling impedance between beam and surrounding is explained here. The knowledge of this impedance is important because it speciries the boundary conditions for the solution of the beam field. The impedance is taken to be also varying along the longitudinal coordinate, although the measurement gives on~y the average value, which, on the other hand, is just the quantity required in the theory. The MKS system of the measure units is used here.
