In this study, a smart home control programming environment is designed that combines trigger-action programming with a tangible programming environment that uses paper cards. The user can define the programs for controlling smart devices by simply placing paper cards on a rule board. In addition, it is possible to specify the parameters of rules by filling in or drawing on the cards and to also save function macros.
