An overlooked ingredient in semiconductor physics: the spin

Ionel Solomon · Physics Bulletin · 1978

Physicists of the magnetic resonance breed tend to bring up spin physics in any domain of research: this has been compared with the case of people 'flavouring' any piece of their food with ketchup. This 'one track mind' attitude has led our group to study in the past a wide range of spin-dependent effects in semiconductors physics (Solomon 1972).
