A battery bank of the grid is generally on duty, except for exciter of a generator in the power plant, backing up electric power and spontaneously great load, not to be sustainable for a rectifier. Besides, it can be not only an adverse effect on the power system and power distribution but also a cause of accidents, which is leading to an increase in operation cost of the whole system. This paper presents efficient management and operation of battery cells at constant temperature and constant humidity where Arrhenius law is inadequate for application of LCC(Life Cycle Cost) standard by installing a Battery Monitoring System to the underground battery bank, in which we can see thermometer, current meter, voltage meter, and impedance calculator for each cell
