Some NonAliasing Relationship for SecondOrder Model when Information Matrix is Singular

We consider the second-order model based on a design which is derived from a balanced array of strength 4 and 3 symbols. In this model, when the information matrix of a design is singular, we present some non-aliasing relationship among the factorial effects not to be negligible.
