This release includes a number of improvements: Switched to Uniprot for identifier mapping due to BioMart's stability issues and API flux. It is now possible to map many more identifier types! Works around an issue when trying to edit generated diagrams in Adobe products. Adds an option for including a legend in generated diagrams. Simplifies default output settings when using the command-line tool. Shows a warning message on windows when used incorrectly (e.g. by clicking on it).
