Utilization System and Management Model of Spatial Data Infrastructure in Road Maintenance

Road maintenance should be carried out effectively. In this paper, the utilization system and operation model were constructed for operating the spatial data infrastructure in road maintenance. A referring system of location reference points, the utilization of road occupancy continuation, and the system of road coordination conference were developed using spatial data infrastructure. The referring system of location reference points adopts open source software for utilizing widely. This paper proposed the operation model of spatial data infrastructure for updating and utilizing effectively. The roles of public and private coordination are reviewed. The roles and business model of governing structure were proposed.
