A FPGA-based processing circuit design and realization for baseband signals of RFID

This paper analyzes a newly-developed circuit with Nios soft core as a processing circuit for baseband signals, however the current baseband circuit for RFID is on the basis of ARM or DSP which is cumbersome and not easily to update. This newly-developed FPGA-based circuit is flexible in structure and easy to update by using software to design circuit. This new circuit will be widely adaptable to different chips and communication mechanisms as parameters in software change accordingly, and thus provides a favoriable condition for further improvement of the circuit.
